We’re excited to announce that the Ball of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU Wien) will be taking place again in 2025.
We’ve put together a special package that includes a reserved table in one of the most charming halls, aiming to make your evening as elegant and enjoyable as possible.
To make the most of your visit and our time together, we’ve organized a few activities around the ball:
Friday, January 10th: Starting the weekend with a quintessentially Austrian dinner. Saturday, January 11th: If you’d like to brush up on your dance moves, we’ll have a beginner’s dance course to get you ready. Afterwards some delicious lunch together and closing with a city tour. Sunday, January 12th: Wrap up the weekend with a traditional Viennese café breakfast, a cozy end to a wonderful experience.
The ball will be held at the Vienna Hofburg, a venue where history and elegance come together beautifully.

Early bird tickets are available at 129 EUR for alumni, 69 EUR for students, and 155 EUR for non-members, offering a special rate until September 30th. The detailed program will follow in the next days. Stay tuned!
